ubuntu focal 20.04

Good evening,

my fresh ubuntu upgrade seems to have caused some mess.

the longan nano is not anymore detected as usb device in serial mode.
I can still enter into dfu mode and get detected :
Found DFU: [28e9:0189] ver=1000, devnum=127, cfg=1, intf=0, path=“1-5”, alt=1, name="@Option Bytes /0x1FFFF800/01016 g", serial="??"
Found DFU: [28e9:0189] ver=1000, devnum=127, cfg=1, intf=0, path=“1-5”, alt=0, name="@Internal Flash /0x08000000/512
002Kg", serial="??"

But when i just want to connect and upload some code from pio, the only usb message is "bad cable ? "

I guess it has nothing to do with cable/board. but more on system.
i installed latest version of udev rules. But in fact i cannot even reach udev, the board is not detected at all.

is someone experiencing something similar ( i have 2 board and 2 cables) chance that all of them are bad…

I guess i was wrong.
I succeeded to upload using the serial pins and a usb/serial cable.
I tried dfu to upload but it’s faulty due to bad memory mapping.

but at least i went to bed with my code uploaded
